History

Originally started by William Waughn in 1975, Visual Expansion Gallery was a small shop in an alley off of Church Street in West Chester. 15 years later, in 1990, Bill moved the Gallery to its current location on 126 N. High Street: in a former Warner Brothers Movie Theatre.

Visual Expansion Gallery continues to produce high quality custom picture framing that covers the diverse styles for the people of Chester County. And we offer professional art services to groups and organizations like the Historical Societies, Schools, Universities and Professional settings.

Lorraine

Lorraine Waughn, present owner of the gallery, delivers a renewed and expanding vision to Chester County's original gallery. Involving herself in the local art community; she discovers new and emerging artists.
