Peter Quarracino has always been an artist. He grew up in Ohio and the Philadelphia suburbs. Peter attended the Philadelphia College of Art, studied at Fleisher Art Memorial, Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts and finished his studies at the Philadelphia College of Art. Peter Quarracino is known for his impressionist images of water in its various forms and as a contemporary pointillist painter.
