Having realized an early natural talent for artistic expression, Tom Hopkinson’s training includes private tutoring in Venice, Italy and courses at the Worchester Art Museum School and AIPH. He has worked in construction, steel fabrication, fine arts picture framing, and professional photography.
Now he has returned to his first love of sculpting. Working in stone, ceramic, bronze, and wood, Hopkinson continually challenges himself by seeking to capture form, movement, personality, and natural beauty, which bring each of his unique works to life. In select works, Hopkinson will also incorporate steel manipulation techniques in his work.
